Background Information

Bayonetta is an action game directed by Devil May Cry creator Hideki Kamiya (supervisor in Bayonetta 2) and Yusuke Hashimoto (director in Bayonetta 2) and it was developed by Platinum Games in cooperation with publisher Sega.

Originally it was a PS3 and 360 game.

The series currently consists of three games; Bayonetta, Bayonetta 2, and the new Bayonetta 3.

Various information about the verse

The Trinity Of Realities = The Bayonetta universe which is composed of 3 Realms and those are:

- Paradiso = The realm of Light which is ruled over by Jubileus.

- Chaos/Human World = The realm of Humans which is ruled over by Aesir.

- Inferno = The realm of Darkness which is ruled over by Queen Sheba.

The Eyes of the World = They are powerful ancient ''treasures/items'' which were created by Aesir. The Left Eye of Darkness was protected by the Umbra Witches and The Right Eye of Light was protected by the Lumen Sages. The inheritors of the eyes of Aesir had been granted the power of creation.

Another thing about their power is when Father Balder was the Right Eye he was able to casually destroy the moon in the first game.

Purgatorio: A parallel reality/realm to the Human world which is overall caught in between the realms. Those within the realm are unable to see or touch those in the human world, nor are humans in their own world able to intervene in the affairs of Purgatorio.

Standing in the Battledome

Bayonetta is the a very powerful verse.

The high tiers at large star level and higher up surpass even that.

Speed wise, they are FTL+.

They also have a form of time stop/time slow by having limited yet balanced control of time with techniques like Witch Time and ''Light Speed',' attacks that harm and or damage the souls of their opponents, some elemental based abilities, interdimensional travel and attacks, time travel, flight, etc.

As a verse they are easily stronger than the likes of RAVE, Yu Yu Hakusho, the HST, and Kirby.
