Powers and Abilities: Super strength, speed, durability, endurance, agility, able to harm intangibles, has Decalogue which gives him all the different abilities of Rave that boost his overall fighting abilities, can create an explosion on anything when contact is made (he also used this power with four Sinclair pieces to completely obliterate the Makai Ruins), high speed movement with Silfarion, can cut and seal anything that cannot be cut with a normal sword (he also used this ability to seal Haru's Runesave), can freeze or burn opponents with Blue Crimson, can create a powerful torrent of wind which was capable of splitting the ground of Makai into two, can make his sword very heavy which enables him to cut hard things, can blind opponents with the Million Suns sword, can control Sacrifar thus allowing him to gain great power without losing control over his body

Notable Attacks/Techniques:
- Form 2: Explosion: A sword with no proper cutting edge but it creates a powerful explosion of contact with the enemy.
- Form 3: Silfarion: This sword allows the wielder to become extremely light, granting great speed and the ability to create blades of air for long-range attacks. However, the Silfharion is relatively weak as a melee weapon and is no more than a normal sword for attacking.
- Form 4: Runesave: A unique jagged sword that cannot cut anything physical but can cut things without a tangible form like lightning, fire, water, or smoke. It can also be used to seal magic.
- Form 5: Blue Crimson: The Decalogue splits into two blades with one having the properties of fire and the other having the properties of ice. Fire and ice can also be used as ranged attacks.
- Form 6: Mel Force: The sword of air, this form allows the user to fire powerful bursts of air at the enemy to blow them away and paralyze them.
- Form 7: Gravity Core: An incredibly destructive sword that is able to cut through very hard things. However, the tradeoff is its extremely heavy weight and thus requires great strength to use.
- Form 8: Million Suns: Meaning "the force of a million suns." A sword whose blade is composed purely of Light, the holy light generally blinds opponents and dispels darkness.
- Form 9: Sacrifar: The most destructive of all the forms, Sacrifar is a frightening blade of bloodlust that trades the user's emotion and will for the power of Carnage. Lucia can control this sword.
- Current Default/Form 10: Dark Emilia: It is the most powerful form of Decalogue, having the power of Darkness.
- Death Ballad Bomb: Lucia stabs his sword into the ground, creating multiple explosions and inflicting great damage.
- Seal Sword Dance: Lucia uses this technique to seal the Ten Commandment's own version of Runesave, it easily sealed Haru's Runesave.
