- Radical Good Speed Wheels Unlimited: Cougar increases his speed alone without any vehicle by encasing his shins to his feet in armor and can even use his Alter power to upgrade his armor to completely cover his body.
- Shockwave of the First Bullet: The first of the three Bullets, Cougar launches himself towards his opponent feet first.
