Background Information

Makai Toshi Hunter (or Demon City Hunter) is a manga series created by Kikuchi Hideyuki and Hosoma Shin-ichi. It is a series of 17 volumes released in Japan that follows Kyoya, Mephisto, and Sayaka after the events of Demon City Shinjuku (although it uses the same characters from Demon City Shinjuku it is not a direct sequel to the novel, but instead can be considered its own stand alone product. The direct sequel to Demon City Shinjuku is Demon Palace Babylon).

Standing in the Battledome

As a verse Makai Toshi Hunter is fairly powerful, although it hasn't been fully translated so how powerful exactly is anyone's guess, but as for feats we are able to discern it has characters that can attack and react at massively faster than light speeds and attacks that can travel to other galaxies and send shockwaves through planets.
