Background Information

In the year 2130, after the third world war, large contaminated areas known as "Blackspots" formed all over Japan. Large walls were used to quarantine off these "Blackspots". In time, signs of habitation appeared within these wastelands. Among the survivors who had been abandoned inside the Blackspots, labeled as "those who were unneeded", came forth possessors of uncanny abilities: fire, wind, brute strength, they were defined by their supernatural abilities. Others, fearful of their powers, expelled them and named them Needless. The Needless are humans who have contracted a “disease” as humans may call them, which allows them to wield extraordinary powers far superior to any of mankind. Their abilities include telekinesis, elemental powers, gravity control, adaptation, radioactive release and all manners of scientific impossibility.

The story has 2 parts (the first part begins with Cruz Schild, a boy who had lost his sister and was searching for her everywhere until he met a crazy priest named Adam Blade, and their adventure began, with various characters who were introduced along the way becoming teammates, as well their battle against the villainous Simeon Faction who are the antagonists of the series with Adam Arclight as their leader). Part 1 ends with the PF Zero explosion which was the reason for the continuation of the series. The 2nd part begins with Cruz, who is on a quest to find his comrades who were separated after the PF invent, various secrets and plot twists are uncovered as the series goes on. The series has finally concluded.

Standing in the Battledome

Needless is a fairly powerful verse with hax abilities and moves. Almighty Blade is supposedly planet level as fusing with an Angel gives you such power.
