Notable Attacks/Techniques:

- Gae Buidhe: This is the cursed spear that inflicts wounds that cannot be healed. The spear lowers the max HP limit, thus any healing magecraft or regeneration ability will only recover it to the point where it has received the injury. This cannot be dispelled, and canceling the curse requires destroying the spear or killing its owner, Diarmuid.

- Gae Dearg: This is the long spear that renders useless any magical defense. Any protection made of prana will be rendered ineffective, and any weapon magically enhanced struck by Gáe Dearg will be rendered useless. In effect, this is a perfect "anti-Noble Phantasm" spear that can be defended only by physical means. Still, a contract or curse already completed cannot be canceled.

- Mystic Face - The Love Spot: Diarmuid's special feature. Anyone from the opposite sex who looks on Lancer's face feels extreme affection towards him. It's unconscious and Lancer cannot deactivate this. Resistance to magic can prevent the charm but it's been said that any average woman would be swayed by a simple glance on his face. Due to past experiences Diarmuid considers this ability as a curse instead of a gift.
