Background Information

A smaller comic company than Marvel Comics or DC Comics, they are nonetheless famous for their works in the Star Wars Expanded Universe, such as Knights of the old Republic, Tales of the Jedi, Golden Age of the Sith, Dark Empire, Crimson Empire, Republica/Clone Wars, Empire, Rebellion, Vector, etc. as well as comics like Godzilla, Conan, Hellboy, The Mask, AVP: Alien vs. Predator, and The Goon. Dark Horse also owns the manga of Hellsing, Berserk, Gantz, Astro Boy, Trigun, Ghost in the Shell, Falling Skies, and others.

Standing in the Battledome

Dark Horse does not have its own shared universe but their Hellboy comic book series is a rather powerful universe since Hellboy can pick up foes at are twice his size and the Ogdru Jahad are powerful reality warpers that have been mentioned to be at a near-omnipotent level.
