Powers and Abilities: Super strength, speed, durability, endurance, agility, ki manipulation, uses the Hokuto Shin Ken (Fist of the North Star) Martial Arts Style which involves nailing the pressure points of his opponent (makes use of the opponents' 708 Keiraku Hikō pressure points), uses the Hokuto Ujo Ken Style (The Compassionate Fist of the North Star) in particular, using these pressure points Toki can do a number of things (can unleash an incredible amount of power for a short amount of time, see Kenshiro's page for a list of other things that are possible with Hokuto Shinken), can cancel the effect of a pressure point, the ability to move with the air current, Tōki no Aura (Spirit Aura of the Fighter) this is a powerful aura that protects the user, it can also be used offensively to push an opponent away or severely damage them, excels in aerial combat
Weaknesses: Terminally ill, by pressing the "Sekkatsuko" pressure points his life is considerably shortened and damage to the body is irreparable

- Ujō Hagan Ken (Compassionate Fist Style Face Rip): Toki emits some aura hitting the opponent's nerves and in turn fills them with happiness before they die.
- Ujō Danjin Ken (Compassionate Swift Judgement): Toki swiftly moves past his opponent, cutting them in the process.
- Tōkei Koho: Condensed combat power. The user breathes in and stores their body's energy to concentrate it and then breathes out to attack. When the user breathes out their power capacities are at their peak.
- Hyakuretsu Ken (Hundred Crack Fist): Characterized as a strike of over a hundred blows, delivered at rapid speed to the designated 708 Keiraku Hikō (Pressure Points) on the adversary's body.
