Power and Abilities: Super strength, speed, durability, endurance, agility, skilled in martial arts, afterimage creation, the ability to manipulate and use ki both defensively (can use his ki to enhance his natural durability and harden his skin) and offensively (can likely shoot ki blasts capable of crossing thousands of kilometers and blowing up entire planets), energy sensing, time manipulation via his Tokitobashi technique (can skip an unknown amount of time, but long enough to slowly stroll through a building and hold a full-on conversation, Hit can use this skipped time as a time stop, Hit can also allow anyone he wants to function in this skipped time he has stored, finally, Hit can use this ability to create a parallel world that he can jump into, creating the illusion of intangibility), the ability to send invisible ki blasts which can also pass through objects directly into his opponent's heart, these can be fired in any direction and still reach his opponent, can duplicate his energy signature to confuse his opponent as to where his actual whereabouts are, soul destruction resistance, by striking an opponent after having continually used Time-Skip, Hit is able to attach a "time cage" to them, it initially appears as a strange effect on his opponent where they were struck before taking effect: ensnaring their movements by keeping them suspended in time
Weaknesses: If you can predict where Hit will be after the time-leap then it is possible to block his attacks, by being close or superior to his power level, you can become virtually immune to his Time-Leap (as seen where Kaio-ken x10 Super Saiya-jin Blue Goku was able to resist it, before Hit improved his technique further).
Destructive Capacity: Universe level+ (he is easily ToP Super Saiyan-jin Blue Kaioken levels and he also managed to fight fairly well against Jiren in episode 111)

Durability: Universe level+ (tanked multiple blows from Kaio-ken x10 Super Saiya-jin Blue Goku despite not yet having accessed his full power; survived several powerful blows from Jiren despite losing from Jiren, in the end), intangibility makes him hard to kill

Striking Strength: Universe Class (despite not being serious, physically manhandled Super Saiya-jin Blue Vegeta and knocked him out of the transformation with a single blow)

Intelligence: Skilled combatant, Hit has never failed to take down a target, decently competent as he passed the written test which granted him entry to the Universe 6 vs Universe 7 tournament; highly analytical and will study his opponents to look for weaknesses
Notable Attacks/Techniques:
- Tokitobashi (Time-Leap): A special technique which allows Hit to skip time. In essence, he can steal time from the regular timeline and store it for himself, if he wills it others can function in this time gap also. By simply storing it he is able to effectively stop time at that time no longer exists for anyone but himself. By using that stored time he can create a parallel world that lasts as long as the time he has stored.
