Destructive Capacity: At least street level, possibly large star level using the Speed Force on a suicide run (Clark was far away from the epicenter of the speed force energy dump Bart presented to Black Flash and it still was strong enough to push him away. To add to that, Black Flash was able to tank Clark's strike even when he was going faster than he ever had, and BF was annihilated in that blast)
Speed: MFTL (laughably faster than Clark's flying speed, which would scale to Brainiac and Kara. Potentially faster than Clark's later flight speed due to how empathically his speed was in comparison to Clark. His own speed feat is lapping the earth to the point the supercomputer of Watchtower registered Bart "everywhere" on the planet)
Durability: Superhuman (while relatively human, he has endured stuff normal human couldn't. He's taken a hit by one of Grodd's monkey that sent him flying a few meters and wasn't bothered. He can bare-hand spitzer bullets in superspeed and was slapped away by Davis Bloome in mid-transformation (whom can match Clark in strength) and possibly assaulted by Doomsday (when Dooms split from Davis, everyone was seen floored upon Clark arriving, despite not all being down before, suggesting a shortlived fight insued) Bart was bloodied and momentarily downed, but didn't seem all too injured. Also commented on "breaking his shoulder" after bumrushing Clark, but was actually fine)

Stamina: Considerably high. Despite his fast metabolism that makes him have to recharge frequently, he is able to hold out for a very long time even at superspeed (Lex's electrocution trap caused him to have an endurance run at his top speed)
