Powers and Abilities: Super strength, speed, durability, endurance, agility, transformation (can take off his earring to revert to his true form, increasing his strength and speed dramatically), can create and control water (can fire water projectiles like bullets as well as use it for a great variety of other purposes), can use his water in conjunction with his sickle swords to achieve greater cutting power, can surround himself with a moving water barrier, pseudo-flight (by enveloping himself in water and controlling its movement)
Weaknesses: He experiences motion sickness while he's riding in vehicles, rendered powerless if his horn is dried out while he's transformed, can't use his water magic very well in high heat environments

Notable Attacks/Techniques:
- Water Magic: As a water demon Blue has the ability to create and control water which he can use to increase the range and cutting power of his Water Moon, as well as for other offensive and defensive techniques.
- Aquaform: Blue has water constantly spinning around himself to act like a shield. All of the water can be gathered into one spot to create a stronger shield.
- Drizzling Moon (Shigure Duki): Blue gathers water on his sword then swings it releasing many pellets of water.
- Full Aqua Moon (Mangetsusui): Blue gathers the water into a sphere around his sword, to use as a blunt weapon.
- Horizontal Brandish (Suiheisen): Blue uses water to create a vortex of water that he slams into his enemy.
- Water Pistol: Blue gathers water to the tip of his fingers then fires it like a bullet.
- Water Dome: Blue creates a dome of water around himself and others for protection.
- Water Dragon Emperor (Suiryuusei): Blue gathers the water he creates into the shape of a dragon and slams it into his enemy.
- Water Planet (Suisei): He gathers and compresses the water into a giant sphere above the target and then slams it down on them.
