Range: Length of his right arm's shadow (he can expand it via artifical means, like flashlight)

Durability: Superhuman via powerscaling (should be comparable to Touma), as long as conditions are fulfilled World Rejecter can even erase attacks of Magic Gods

Intelligence: Pretty huge. He has shown to be very resourceful, using seemingly harmless objects as a weapons with great proficiency in battles.
Notable Attacks/Techniques:
World Rejecter: unique power that dwells in Kamisato's right hand. Just like Touma's Imagine Breaker it isn't ESP or magic, but rather extraordinary ability that deviates from both sides. It manifested through overflowing hope of Magic Gods who wished for new, unknown territories.

Eternal expulsion: World Rejecter holds the power to eternally expel anything to the New World ending its existence in the current world. To do that he must complete certain conditions (see: Weaknesses). If that's fulfilled nothing can stand in the way of this power, from matter (provided it's created by someone with conflicting desires), to incoming attacks and even Phases and prime Magic Gods.

New World: place where everything expelled by World Rejecter is send to. It's not a Phase and even different world, but excess of space in the current timeline. Its scenery is reflected by outside world: it's impossible to interfere with outer world from here, but it's possible to interfere here from outer world. Any change done in New World is remade at midnight based on state of outside world.

Summoning: Kamisato displayed limited ability to recall some erased objects. He did so with Nuada's arm. According to Niang-Niang it's not an ability he received from them.

Other: From what has been shown, World Rejecter is pretty inconsistent (I know, shocker, right?): key phrase ("Do you wish for a new world?") is used to trigger ability, but it wasn't used all the time. But if this phrase isn't needed than it's unknown why World Rejecter doesn't passively erase everything around him. Moreoever, Kamisato said it can even erase stars and black holes...yet apparently can't do the same with Earth despite the fact its shadow is touching it all the time. Nevermind it would be pretty problematic for him to project shadow on star and/or black hole. So it's most likely a hyperbole.
