Somewhere, Judge and Dragon start to unzip

Name: Keraunos, Enemy of Evil, Sphere Punisher, Christopher Valzelide, "His Excellency President", "Steel Hero"
Origin: Silverio Trinity -Beyond the Horizon-
Gender: Male
Classification: Incomplete Sphere, Planetes, Enemy of Evil (Counter)
Age: Mid 30s
Powers and Abilities: Superhuman characteristics, enhanced senses, non-corporeal, limited reality warping and space manipulation (Planetes passively erect spatial boundary which erodes Earth's law akin to cancer cells), immortality (types 1 and 4), can generate gamma-rays, master swordsmanship, his unnatural spirit can literally break common sense causing him to evolve without limits, should possess most abilities of Helios (by having Sphere emanating from the same starlight's property)
Weaknesses: Due to lacking orichalcum he's an imperfect Sphere and can only appear as a reactionary existence (can't appear in the world on his own), likewise he doesn't have necessary vessel to endure power of the Sphere and thus, his Asterism literally causes him to self-destruct
Destructive Capacity: At least island level+ (stronger than Valzelide), potentially from universe level to low multiverse level with complete Sphere (he's equal to Kagutsuchi who can surpass and blow away all laws in the Asgard which includes destruction/creation of universe and parallel world creation among others)
Range: Hundreds of meters with his Asterism, far higher with complete Sphere (merely reaching it would lead him to open new asshole in the universe and can cut space to bypass distance), cross-dimensional/temporal
Speed: FTL (he was eventually able to transcend speed of light like Helios)
Durability: At least island level+, continent level+ (survived continent plates grinding his body) to universe level with complete Sphere (is equal to Kagutsuchi and with awakening can obtain similiar immortality to Helios)
Lifting Strength: Superhuman, likely immeasurable (should be as strong as Helios)
Striking Strength: Immeasurable (can destroy space and concepts)
Stamina: Very huge (he was able to compete with Dainsleif in chain awakening), although he will eventually self-destruct from using his Asterism, infinite with complete Sphere
Standard Equipment: 7 swords
Intelligence: Similiar to Christopher Valzelide
Notable Attacks/Techniques:

- Gamma-ray Keraunos: Keraunos' Asterism, gamma-ray/nuclear fission generation ability. It's the same ability he had when he was human, that is, immortal light which burns away even genes of the target, turning everything into ash and not allowing evil to exist in the world. However, because Keraunos is the Sphere, this power is significantly more powerful than original. Its true ability is collapse of causality via converging gamma-rays to the limit. Now radioactive light bears characteristic of concept destruction and everything it cuts down loses meaning of existence. Because basic principle is the same as that of Helios, this starlight can achieve feats similiar to Sphere Savior, from transcending special relativity to destructivity specialized in crushing reality itself. At first he could only cut space to bypass concept of distance, but overtime he could cut through electromagnetic radiation, sever black holes, collapse outer space, destroy sections of singularity with footsteps or even incinerate Amenokurato's virtual space. Moreover, just like Helios he can collapse causality to destroy his wounds and keep fighting. In the end though, he's incomplete Sphere and prolonged use of this power will result in his demise. Nonetheless, even this ability is merely just the intermediate state of his evolution and no one knows what will happen at the end of his path. After Silverio Ragnarok, we learned more about Sphere Punisher and its difference from Sphere Saviour. It's the difference in area of killing evil (Keraunos) and killing the enemy (Helios). Unlike Helios whose Sphere's direction is centered on continuation of his life, Keraunos's vector is "I don't care about fatal wounds, so before I perish I will kill evil and take vengeance on my enemies". As a result, instead of breaking his wounds first and foremost, counterattack of gamma-rays will extinguish all obstacles without a trace. For example, if Nagisa fought against Keraunos she wouldn't even have time to be stunned by the causality collapse as it was the case with her fight against Helios, but disappear completely with the light of no-time gamma-rays. Merely reaching summit of convergence would open giant hole in the universe and turn him into naked singularity without awakening. As another example, if Helios and Keraunos would encounter enemy who is fighting at long-distance, it's a common sense for the first one to close a distance by awakening and performing super-fast dash by Nuclear Thruster. Meanwhile, Keraunos would simply sever space and after destroying concept of distance, grab the enemy and drag them to his side, while simultaneously squeeze and continue to kill them until they die. Even if he will be harmed in the process he won't stop his offense and will continue to attack while sprinkling blood. As a self-proclaimed failure, he defines his existence as the one who should bring light to people even at the expense of his own life. If he can exchange this single life for destruction of darkness, then he will do so. Simply put, both Keraunos and Helios have potential to destroy any phenomenon regardless of past, present and future. They need huge amount of experience and destiny, but it's not impossible for those with attribute of light. As someone who's more specialized towards killing, Keraunos can use Helios techniques at the end of his fight with Ash with only two awakenings and thus, his offense surpasses even Sphere Saviour. On the other hand, Keraunos can't restore from complete decapitation and must cross limits dozens of times.

- Enemy of Evil (Counter): a special kind of being that exists in singularity and can only leave after great evil tries to use its power against the world. This Counter refers to being dispatched to eliminate aforementioned evil and after fulfilling its purpose, return back to await another disturbance. This's not a regular state of existence, but form of anomaly resulted from Christopher Valzelide's distorted constitution. That's because he became Planetes while still being alive. Planetes are the living dead who use singular, strong emotion as a fuel to move. After rebirth their personality changes almost completely and it only returns by exercising Asterism. In other words, before his death Valzelide never had personality shift and became Planetes using contempt for evil as a fuel from the get-go. Moreover, after fusing with Sphere Riser and losing to Sphere Razer, he lost his orichalcum and as a wandering soul in singularity he achieved another miracle with overwhelming spirit - he became Sphere Punisher on his own. However, without orichalcum he could never reach completion. In effect, Sphere Punisher is an empty, nameless and formless singularity unable to cross paths with anyone. Because of this imperfection, his nature as a Planetes is more prominent than his nature as Sphere and thus, he seeks only complete elimination of evil. What kind of future awaits him at the end of evolution is unknown.

- Slave of Light: refers to being enslaved by positive doctrines of humanity: courage and love, prosperity and progress - desire to move forward without looking back. Although at first sight this makes them model for humanity, all of them possess an attribute that turns then into walking disasters, namely excess. Their souls brim with positive emotions, ambitions and expectations; endless passion causes them to discard any sort of attention to the surroundings, beside genuine respect for the opponent. Not only bringing an enormous amount of destruction in the world, but also causing their own bodies to collapse and meltdown, as physical vessel is unable to support this overwhelming spiritual power. However, Beyond the Horizon's story reveal that Valzelide/Keraunos and Kagutsuchi are not true Slaves of Light because they were fully capable of stopping the Holy War if they knew truth about nature of Sphere and identity of Amaterasu. They're called Slaves of Light only for convenience sake.
