Weaknesses: Other Kryptonians have shown to be susceptible to telepathic and sound-based attacks. Kryptonite -- Clark hasn't been exposed to all forms of kryptonite, but any natural-born Kryptonian should share the following reactions. Green kryptonite is lethal, red kryptonite makes a Kryptonian hyper-aggressive, and silver kryptonite induces an intense hallucination. Solar Radiation -- Red sunlight negates Kryptonian powers. Prolonged combat, especially energy-based attacks (heat vision, solar flare), can eventually deplete a Kryptonian's store of yellow solar energy and leave them powerless. It's also possible to starve a Kryptonian of sunlight, but this can take days.
Destructive Capacity: Star level + via powerscaling. Beyond scaling to Kara's black hole feat, he and she used their heat vision to recharge a device that had been holding back the universe-destroying antimatter wave. The charge from the Kryptonians wasn't enough to stop the wave again, but did slow it significantly.
Range: Several meters w/ heat vision or super breath.
Speed: At least relatvistic+, likely lightspeed/FTL via powerscaling. Clark is only marginally slower than Supergirl, and has no problem keeping pace with her and Martian Manhunter in combat.
