Powers and Abilities: Super strength, speed, durability, flight, cosmic energy manipulation, energy projection, regeneration (High-high), immortality (Type III, likely Type I), cosmic senses, can create and manipulate black holes, can open dimensional portals, can absorb the life-force and memories of defeated enemies, presumably has all of the other standard powers of Heralds such as matter manipulation, time manipulation, telepathy, telekinesis, limited reality warping, ability to traverse universes and dimensions, healing others, creating forcefields, etc.
Weaknesses: Relatively inexperienced with the Power Cosmic, does not have as much raw power as stronger Heralds such as the Silver Surfer
Destructive Capacity: Likely star level+ (a novice Nova was capable of casually star busting, a feat implied by the Surfer to be a simple matter for a Herald, physically matched Beta Ray Bill, can create/manipulate Black Holes but to a lesser extent than the Silver Surfer can), potentially universe level+ (created a black hole of such intensity that destroyed the universe devouring Asteroth’s physical form)
Range: Multiple planetary diameters, potentially star system level
Speed: Massively FTL+
Durability: At least star level+ (regeneration makes them very hard to kill and they also took a beating from BRB), potentially universe level+ (tanked attacks from Asteroth and Beta Ray Bill)

Striking Strength: Likely Class XTJ (could physically match Beta Ray Bill), potentially Universe Class
Stamina: Extremely high, never shown to tire
Standard Equipment: A red staff/axe type weapon through which they channeled their power when they fought BRB - this weapon has not been seen again, however.
Intelligence: Very creative user of the Power Cosmic, despite becoming a Herald just recently they have displayed more innovation than many other Heralds in his battles.
Notable Attacks/Techniques:
- Black Hole: Stardust can create a black hole to try to suck in/destroy his enemies, he can also close/destroy it if he wishes to
- Dimensional Rip: Stardust can open a hole to another dimension, a "prison dimension" where some of the worst and most dangerous beings in the multiverse are kept. She tried to use this to trap Beta Ray Bill, but instead unleashed a powerful demon that they had to team up to defeat
