Powers and Abilities: Super speed, super strength, skilled swordsman, immune to all weapons and attacks (save mistletoe) while in Asgard (this is generally thought to top out at around Skyfather level, however), capable of emitting blinding heat and light from his body which functions as sunlight (i.e. any being who is weakened, damaged, or otherwise affected by sunlight will react the same way), immune to human diseases
Weaknesses: His immunity does not function while on Midgard (Earth or the normal 616 universe) although he is still superhumanly durable
Destructive Capacity: Large building level+
Range: Extended melee range, as far as can be seen with light
Speed: Hypersonic, FTL reactions
Durability: City block - city level or higher on Midgard, galaxy level+ in Asgard
Strength: At least 50+ tons, likely higher

Notable Attacks/Techniques:
- Radiance: As the God of Light, Balder can radiate massive amounts of heat and light from his body. This was able to function the same as sunlight, for example turning trolls to stone as they normally only turn to stone in the sun
- Immunity: Due to a spell by Odin and Frigga, while in the dimension of Asgard Balder cannot be harmed by any weapon, power, or attack save mistletoe. Any projectile that would harm him will be magically deflected before it hits and even if something hits him it will not harm him. Odin presumably has the power to overrule this protection if he wishes, and other beings with similar levels of power could presumably do likewise.
