Powers and Abilities: Super strength, speed, durability, endurance, agility, ki manipulation, uses the Gento Kō Ken (Imperial Fist of the Original Dipper) Martial Arts Style which focuses on use of ki energy, usually projected outwards as a blast or sometimes as a shield (uses ki like a blade to destroy the opponent's body on a cellular level, any cells around it that are not destroyed are frozen like ice), can destroy his own cells to cancel the effect of a pressure point, ice manipulation (albeit on a small scale)
Weaknesses: Has a prosthetic leg which is prone to displacement or damage and limits his movement, attack and defense

- Ten Sho Bu (Opposition Dance of the Sky): Falco uses this technique to balance on an opponent's fist and take a free shot at them.
- Hakuka Dan (White Flower Bullet): The user of this technique charges at the opponent.
- Unnamed Hokuto Sealing Technique: Falco shoves his hand into his body and burns his own cells to halt the destructive flow of a pressure point attack. The drawback is that his cells are "already dead" and from that point on, he will slowly die.
- Mettō Kōsei Jin (Destruction Freezing Yellow Threatening Ranks): This technique fires two beams of freezing cold energy, one from each hand.
