- Waterbending: A form of psychic martial arts that is mainly practiced in the Northern and Southern Water Tribes. It features features elegant forms, and fluid movements, with plenty of defensive techniques design to allow the user to freely switch from defense to offense. Waterbenders are alse able to bend water in any of its three stanges, as well as been able to change it from one stage to another giving them great versatility. Some notable Waterbenders are able to bend the blood in a person body giving them full control of their movements, though it normally requires the aid of the full moon.
- Ice Darts: Hama condenses water from thin air to form claws on her fingers, then launches them.
- Water Drill: A spiraling jet of water launched at an opponent.
- Water Slicer: Hama can slice through rock like butter with a simple jet of water.

- Plant Extraction: If there is no readily available source of water, Hama can pull water from plants.
