Notable Attacks/Techniques:
- Multi-Skill: As the controller of the Level Upper Network, a connection of 10,000 espers and their corresponding Personal Realities, Kiyama is capable of borrowing the powers of the espers in the network to use as her own. Through this, she is granted a number of esper abilities, including but not limited to:
- Electricity redirection: The use of multiple abilities to redirect electric attacks, which manifests in an appearance similar to a shield surrounding Kiyama. As demonstrated by the AIM Burst, Mikoto cannot pierce it with her lightning, but the sheer heat will still pass through.
- Barrier: An unnamed ability which creates a barrier in front of Kiyama that is able to defend against bullets.
- Cryokinesis: This ability can be used to make ice shields and to send giant ice spears at her opponent.
- Hydro Hand: An ability which allows Kiyama to control and manipulate water telekinetically.
- Synchrotron: Kiyama can accelerate the gravitons in aluminum to make it violently explode. At her level, even small quantities of aluminum like simple cans of juice turn into deadly graviton bombs.
- Trick Art: An esper ability which manipulates light to disrupt the enemy's sense of vision and create optical illusions. Kiyama can use this ability to make it seem like she is in another place. In a way, she can make it appear that she is in one place, but she will will really be at another place.
- Pyrokinesis: An ability which allows Kiyama to shoot blasts of fire.
- Telekinesis: Kiyama is capable of lifting and moving objects from afar using telekinesis. It can also be used offensively, being capable of collapsing a bridge.
- Laser: An unnamed ability which allows Kiyama to manifest a laser from her hands or fingers. It can be used as a solid melee weapon, or fired as a beam able to vaporize concrete pillars.
