Powers and Abilities: Super strength, durability, speed, telescope vision, and endurance. Rampage was experimented upon in order to create another "immortal spark" like Starscream. As a result, he is far more powerful than the average transformer; becoming even more fearsome due to exposure to the transwarp cell explosion that turned him into a transmetal. His unusual physiology and technology allows for him to transform into a crab or a tank. He has immediate access to guns, lasers, and missiles. Rampage can also breath underwater
Weaknesses: His insanity and ego can get in the way. Megatron split his spark in two and squeezes the half he keeps with him in order to force him to do his bidding (When making a thread, OP needs to decide whether or not he has his whole spark. In standard matches, he should)
Destructive Capacity: City level+ with cannon (calculated to be about 131 megatons)
Range: Several kilometers (his scope can let him zoom in on targets across the horizon).
Speed: Hypersonic reflexes (far superior to Dinobot, fought evenly with Depth Charge who can react to his missile blast, which reached a distant mountain in seconds)
Durability: City level (Dinobot once stuffed Waspinator inside his cannon before he could fire it, and he survived the internal explosion. His spark is functionally immortal, though he can feel pain). Powerscaling from weaker characters (Megatron and Tarantulas survived the energy backlash of a cannon designed to destroy a mountain, and Cheetor surviving one of Rampage's tank cannon shots) also puts him at this level
Lifting Strength: Class M+ (Optimus was able to keep the Axalon ship from crashing. Rampage is superior in strength due to being a Transmetal and is much stronger than normal to begin with because of the experimentation on him)
