Notable Attacks/Techniques:
- Horu Horu no Mi (Hormone Hormone Fruit): A Paramecia - type Devil Fruit, this fruit allows the user to create and control special hormones that can affect anyone they strike by however the user desires. The major strength of the fruit, as demonstrated by Iva, is to create and manipulate special hormones. These hormones can manipulate various aspects of a person. These range from gender, body temperature, pigmentation, growth, and even emotional state. By turning their forefingers into syringes and stabbing a person, the user is able to inject these hormones and change the person on a genetic level to whatever the user desires. This process can also be used by the user on themselves to aid them.
- Emporio Female Hormones: By injecting a male with special female hormones, Iva is able to transform them completely into a female. Ivankov can also use this on himself. In addition, Iva was able to transform himself and other women into men (for a given definition of "men"), but whether this is a separate technique has yet to be revealed.

- Emporio Healing Hormones: By injecting special hormones meant to release the body's immune system's full potential into a sick person, Iva is able to cure them. This is the secret to his "miracle" healing. Since the hormones only unleash the immune system's potential, the chance of survival is mostly based upon the individual's will to live. In order to use this technique, 10 years of the target's life-span must be sacrificed in order to compensate for the energy used to heal the damage.
- Emporio Tension Hormones: By injecting special adrenaline affecting hormones, Ivankov can provide a tired person with a supply of adrenaline that can relieve tension and allow for easier movement for an entire day. There is an aftereffect 24 hours after being injected with this hormone, which has yet to be revealed.
- Emporio Face Growth Hormones: By injecting special face manipulating hormones, Ivankov can make his face expand to enormous proportions.
- Death Wink: A technique in which Ivankov can generate a powerful shockwave merely by winking. It has shown to be strong enough to repel a projectile from a handheld cannon. It has also been demonstrated as a powerful close combat attack, similar to a punch, or a long-range attack.
- Hell Wink: A variation of Death Wink, after increasing the size of his head with Face Growth Hormones using his Devil Fruit abilities, Ivankov fires a much stronger wink; one with greater range, greater capacity for damage and a much-greater area of effect. It was powerful enough to take out a large group of Blugoris. Additionally, Iva is able to use this technique to propel himself and others great distances, even through strong materials, like the stone walls of Impel Down.
- Aesthetic Art 44 - Dream-Strike-Condemn-Reverse Fist (Or, taken literally, Waxing Fist. See Other): Ivankov stabs his hands rapidly at his opponent. Somewhat similar to Luffy's Gomu Gomu no Gatling.
- Rolling Aesthetic: This appears to be little more than a rapid roll that allows Ivankov to escape from projectile attacks with surprisingly-high speed, at least fast enough to aimdodge Kuma's lasers.
- Ganmen Spectrum: By moving his head around at high speeds, Ivankov makes it look like he's multiplied his head. This technique is required to perform Galaxy Wink. Ganmen means "huge head" in Japanese.
- Galaxy Wink: While moving his head around in Ganmen Spectrum, Ivankov winks at an opponent. Due to the great speed, this variation of his Death Wink attack is multiplied, as if several heads were winking all at once at an opponent.
