Powers and Abilities: Immortality (Type 1), regeneration (low) peak human attributes, is a decent battle strategist. Witching Cloak grants teleportation, invulnerability as long as the cloak is on, invisibility, shapeshifting, and the ability to hold an extremely large number of items.
Weaknesses: Cloak's protective properties will only last while it's on. Also it will only generally protect against more mundane attacks, as powerful magic has been seen to go right though it. Is somewhat rash.
