Powers and Abilities: Super speed, strength, durability, flight, reality warping, time manipulation, elemental and energy attacks, forcefield creation, telepathy, transmutation, telekinesis
Weaknesses: The Oracion song can calm his most savage rage.
Destructive Capacity: Universe level (equal to Palkia who can both destroy a universe they created) | At least universe level+ (seemingly barfed up and later destroyed a parallel universe in conjunction with Palkia)
Range: Multiversal
Speed: Massively hypersonic+ | Nigh-omnipresent (the Elygem species is heavily implied to have FTL tech by broadcasting images of 5 galaxies into a postman's head; Dialga is an abstract in its true form and is thus Time itself making it omnipresent; the only thing that can bind Dialga in this form is the Red Chain)
Durability: Universe level | At least universe level+, being an abstract makes him almost impossible to kill
Lifting Strength: Class K+, likely irrelevant
Striking Strength: Class NJ+, likely irrelevant
Stamina: Nigh-limitless (casually created a universe without breaking much of a sweat and continued to rage afterwards)
Standard Equipment: None.
Intelligence: Smart and crafty. Dialga caught Giratina in a time loop to avoid confrontation. Used time travel as a means to stop Arceus from destroying humanity when the combined might of the Dragon trio failed.
Notable Attacks/Techniques:
- Roar of Time: A powerful dragon type move. The diamond on Dialga's chest starts glowing and the fan shaped spines on his back grow when charging this attack. When complete it launches a stream of energy at his foe that is strong enough to distort time.

- Hyper Beam: A powerful standard Pokemon attack. Energy is condensed in a small ball before being fired with extreme force. Aside from Spacial Rend and Roar of Time clashing a collision of Hyper Beams was the only other attack felt through the weakened spacial barrier in Rise of Darkrai.
- Draco Meteor: A powerful dragon type move. A small rift appears above Dialga's head, summoning a cluster of small comet - like objects to bombard his foes with.
- Protect: A defensive move that shields its user from incoming attacks with an energy field. Dialga was able to block Spacial Rend with it.
- Temporal Warp: Dialga warps time as he sees fit by willing it. This has been used to do things as simple as make clocks run in reverse or as complex as large time jumps. Even an infinite time loop isn't beyond his ability. Perhaps one of the most broken aspects of time manipulation is the ability for multiple copies of yourself to exist at the same point in time. Celebi once did this to revive one of their fallen. It's not certain they were all the same being but we can't say for sure they weren't... Dialga should be able to do this via powerscaling. Is also repeatedly used as a tool for active retcons in various media. (lol Arceus)
