Intelligence: Probably intelligent, but it has a child-like, playful personality. It is bossy at times, especially when others refuse to entertain it.
Notable Attacks/Techniques:
- Wishes: Jirachi has the ability to grant wishes (only three in the manga) once every thousand years. The wishes can range from simple desires such as wanting a lot of candy to more dangerous such as summoning a massive mutant Groudon (movie) or Kyogre (manga) to rule the world.
- Doom Desire: Jirachi's body starts to glow silver to charge the attack. Then, it starts to glow a very bright light and it flies up and raises the opponent into the air and it leaves behind a streak of white light, like a comet. It then lets off pulses of a multitude of colors and soars farther into the sky. Once it is high enough, it lets off an explosion. Finally, a meteor shower is released from the explosion.
