Weaknesses: The rags do have a limit. After sustaining enough damage they can lose their magical properties. However, this can require decades of regular use on top of taking extraordinary damage repeatedly in a relatively short period of time (ie two nukes in less than a year).
Destructive Capacity: At least wall level+, likely much higher.
Range: Several meters
Speed: Peak human, with hypersonic+ reactions. The rags can easily swat down small arms fire from multiple, fully automatic weapons.
Durability: Small city+. Rags has survived two nukes. He tanked the first and contained the second by swaddling the bomb in rags.
Lifting Strength: At least superhuman+, the rags can lift multiple full-grown adults without any effort.
Striking Strength: At least class KJ
Stamina: High. Extreme over-use aside, the rags seem to allow the user to fight indefinitely without expending much energy,
