Powers and Abilities: Superhuman strength, speed, durability, and endurance, enhanced senses, immortality (type 1), magic, flight, can hurt non-corporeals and intangibles (has no problem killing spirits and reapers in Drakengard 1), can read minds, can generate shockwaves, can breath fire (can fling homing fire), and fire lasers, fire manipulation (fire randomly rains down with her special breath attack when fighting on the ground, and her fight with Caim she can generate homing fire without opening her mouth), lightning manipulation (her Chaos form can summon lightning), energy manipulation, can generate a tornado with her wings, can enter a pact with a human that grants her power, can telepathically communicate with Caim and other pact partners, can detect other pact partners and certain voices, can end her pact, can evolve to a much stronger form to suit the environment (seems to depend on her relationship with Caim, although Legna and Mikhail can change forms without pact partners), can reincarnate herself if her current form is severely injured, can counter song magic, can shapeshift into a human in Drakengard 1.3
Weaknesses: If Caim is killed, so will Angelus (and vice versa) due to their pact, unless the pact is rescinded (no longer an issue in Ending C). Vulnerable to elf blood which is poisonous to Angelus due to being a dragon. She went insane in Drakengard 2 due to the constant agony of the Goddess Seal for eighteen years.
Destructive Capacity: Island level (can kill Cyclops in cutscenes and when dead dwarf over mountains [their size is smaller in gameplay but likely due to graphic limitations]. Has beaten the Great Wyrm, an Ancient Dragon revered by her kind, and defeated the Queen Beast in Ending D and E; her remains have been used to empower Grimoire Weiss, Grimoire Noire, Emil and Halua therefore, she is superior to all of them, could fight against Caim in Ending C), likely planet level+ (probably scales to Emil’s magic, including the fusion reactor overload feat in Nier Automata all, Emil’s source of magic comes from Angelus, and according to Drakengard 2 the weapon history of Oror’s Falconblade describes a god capable of cracking the earth and sky with his fists. Also, the Queen Beast arriving to Earth knocked the tilt out of Earth’s rotational axis. This event caused the Earth’s rotation to slow down over 1200 years and eventually stopped moving.)
