Weaknesses: Cannot swim and becomes immobilized if more than half of her body is covered in water, her soap and its effects can be negated with water, must stay still when using Tekkai

Notable Attacks/Techniques:
- Awa Awa no Mi (Bubble-Bubble Fruit): A Paramecia type Devil Fruit that allows the user to emit and control soap and bubbles that can not only clean off dirtbut can also "clean off" power. The fruit's major strength, as demonstrated by Kalifa, is that it gives its user the ability to emit and control soap and bubbles from their body. These bubbles are created from the user's body and can even manifest while the user is wearing gloves. The bubbles are also capable of not only cleaning off dirt but can also "clean off" someone's power. The user can thus essentially drain their opponent's energy with these bubbles and leave them in a clean and shiny state that is extremely smooth. The user can also shield themselves from attacks by condensing these bubbles together around themselves and encasing themselves into a giant bar of soap. However, the user's bubbles can be washed away by water. Likewise, their smoothened opponents can be returned to normal by being washed by water.
- Golden Awa ("Golden Bubble"): Kalifa uses her powers to coat an opponent with her bubbles and then manually spreading the bubbles on the victim's body, draining his strength and leaving his skin shiny and smooth. This also hinders the recipient's mobility due to the slipperiness.
- Bubble Master: Soap Sheep: Kalifa uses this technique to concentrate around her all the foam in the room. The foam makes her look like a sheep.
- Hitsuji Gumo Relax Awa ("Sheep Cloud Relax Bubble"): After concentrating all the foam in the room with "Bubble Master: Soap Sheep", Kalifa launches it against the enemy to "clean" his strength. When they hit her opponent, given the name of the attack, they seem to relax their body so much they are rendered immobile.
- Hitsuji Gumo Tidal Wave ("Sheep Cloud Tidal Wave"): Similar to "Hitsuji Gumo Relax Awa", but this time Kalifa sends all the foam inform of a enormous tidal wave to increase the precision of the blow.
- Rokushiki: A special, superhuman martial arts style used primarily by members of Cipher Pol #9. It consists of six special techniques, Kami-e, Geppou, Rankyaku, Shigan, Soru, Tekkai. Kalifa has mastered all six techniques.
- Kami-e: A rokushiki technique where his body becomes limp and floats like a piece of paper in order to avoid attacks.
- Geppou: Allows Kalifa to kick the air itself to propel himself through the sky like flying.
- Rankyaku: A kicking technique that sends out a slicing blade of air as a ranged attack.
- Shigan: Kumadori stabs an opponent with his finger, leaving a wound similar to a bullet wound.
- Shinaru Shigan "Whip" ("Bending Finger Gun: 'Whip'"): In this attack, Kalifa pulls back her arm as if to use a normal Shigan attack, then whips her arm out at the opponent at high speed, causing her arm to appear as if it is bending like a whip would, and hits the enemy with her finger.
- Soru: By kicking the ground at least 10 times in the blink of an eye, Kalifa propels herself across short distances at enhanced speeds.
- Tekkai: The user hardens their skin to the strength of iron or more to help block attacks.
