Speed: Faster than the eye can see movement speed, supersonic+ reactions/combat (Engaged in even HtH combat with Toriko, who had previously caught over a dozen bullet - like acorns, dodged a point blank Leg Fork)
Durability: Town level (although it lessened the impact of Toriko's 18 Ren, it still took a lot of the impact of his attack, and could still get up and fight afterward, Toriko had to use his 36 Ren Twin Kugi Punch in order to beat him, and even then, the panda's body was still in one piece, which is impressive given the 36 Ren's level of power, and how it deals damage, on top of that, the Kugi Punch the Panda took was assuredly more powerful than the 5 Ren Toriko used to destroy a 11 milion ton ice boulder)

When a human successfully adapts Gourmet Cells into their body they gain overwhelming life force and strength, creating a super human. An individual's Gourmet Cells increase in power when they consume delicious foods that suit them and the 'tastes' of their gourmet cells, causing the cells to 'evolve'; this enhances the strength of the user and their abilities. Gourmet cells can also evolve as a response to harsh new environments, instantly creating adaptations which allow the user to survive.
