Powers and Abilities: Skilled warrior (can adapt to techniques seen or suffered once through observing the components of the attack), through Cosmo prior and beyond the 7th sense has super strength, super speed, enhanced durability, telepathy, telekinesis, energy blasts, forcefields, levitation/flight, dimensional travel and higher senses to compensate the loss of physical ones. Through the 8th sense has total control of his soul and body in the realm of death allowing him to resurrect, cosmo by default grants the ability to attack on the atomic level

Standard Equipment: Pegasus Bronze Cloth armor with its own Cosmo signature that regenerates minor damage on its own (mid-high to high when a God Cloth) and by the end of the original manga onwards could turn into the Pegasus God Cloth by raising his Cosmo to infinity (the God Cloth being more of an illusory shape from his Cosmo, reversing to its base form after a fight)

Notable Attacks/Techniques:
- Pegasus Ryusei Ken: Shoots many Cosmo meteors by repeatedly punching at high speeds. As a supersonic Saint at the start of the manga it allowed 100 attacks per second each traveling at around Mach 1 speeds, by burning his Cosmo beyond Bronze Saint level Seiya greatly increased the amount and speed of the attacks into hypersonic and finally FTL speeds, emulating Leo Aiolia's Lightning Plasma technique.
- Pegasus Rolling Crash: Seiya grabs his enemy, flies into the sky then dives into the ground to inflict damage.
- Pegasus Suisei Ken: Combines all the Pegasus Ryusei Ken attacks into a single Cosmo comet to deal higher damage to a single point.
