Powers and Abilities: Super speed, strength, durability, flight, reality warping, spatial manipulation, forcefield creation, elemental and energy attacks, telepathy, transmutation, telekinesis
Weaknesses: The Oracion song can calm his most savage rage.
Destructive Capacity: Universe level (equal to Dialga who can both destroy a universe they created) | At least universe level+ (seemingly barfed up and later destroyred a parallel universe in conjunction with Dialga which is actually listed as one of his abilities per ingame myths)
Range: Multiversal
Speed: Massively hypersonic+ | Nigh-omnipresent (the Elygem species is heavily implied to have FTL tech by broadcasting images of 5 galaxies into a postman's head; in Palkia's true form, it is an abstract and thus is the concept of Space itself making it omnipresent; the only thing that can bind Palkia in this form is the Red Chain)
Durability: Universe level | At least universe level+, also an abstract being (credited with the beginning of space upon birth)
Lifting Strength: Class K+, likely irrelevant
Striking Strength: Class NJ+, likely irrelevant
Stamina: Nigh-limitless (casually created a universe without breaking much of a sweat and continued to rage afterwords)
Standard Equipment: None.
Intelligence: Seems intelligent but lacking creativity at times. Knows how to warp space but hasn't displayed the cleverness to warp foes attacks back at them. This is either through PIS or because said foes were at the same level of power and such a tactic would probably be useless.
Notable Attacks/Techniques:
- Spacial Rend: A powerful dragon type attack. The pearls on Palkia's shoulders start glowing when charging this attack. When complete it launches a blade shaped energy wave at his foe that is strong enough to distort space.

- Hyper Beam: A powerful standard Pokemon attack. Energy is condensed in a small ball before being fired with extreme force. Aside from Spacial Rend and Roar of Time clashing a collision of Hyper Beams was the only other attack felt through the weakened spacial barrier in Rise of Darkrai.
- Aura Sphere: A powerful fighting type move. Palkia draws Aura power from within his body into a sphere in his hands and launches it at his foe. It was strong enough to block Dialga's Hyper Beam. It should be noted that overuse of Aura can be fatal to humans and Pokemon alike though this is unlikely to be a factor to Palkia given his status and his massive spamming of the attack.
- Protect: A defensive move that shields it's user from incoming attacks with an energy field. Dialga was able to block Spacial Rend with it. Palkia should be on equal footing via powerscaling.
- Spacial Warp: Palkia warps space as he sees fit by willing it. Palkia moved Alamos Town through dimensions several times. The final time repaired all the damage done by his clash with Dialga, including resurrecting the fallen Darkrai and repairing the weakened fabric of space in the area. Can also enclose foes in a pocket dimension temporarily as shown with Arceus.
