Powers and Abilities: Super strength, speed, durability, agility, endurance, master martial artist (can use pressure points as well), ki manipulation (uses ki to enhance his physical strikes and can use it to attack his targets acupuncture points), skilled with throwing objects such as throwing knives and paralysis/poison-tipped needles, weapon mastery (can use staves, knives, swords, and other bladed weaponry), regeneration (mid-low), limited immortality (type 1)
Weaknesses: Isn't a true immortal like Utsuro, and because of this, his blood heals and harms him, Altana from other planets is poisonous to him and can affect his regeneration allowing him to die, only has one eye but this hardly hinders him
Destructive Capacity: City level+ (Oboro is very much on par with Gintoki, capable of seriously injuring him, he's also capable of fighting on par with Takasugi, pressure/acupuncture points, and paralysis/poison needles ignore conventional durability
Range: Extended melee range with his staff and katana, several meters to several dozen meters with throwing knives and needles
Speed: Hypersonic+ (can keep up with Gintoki and Takasugi, is easily comparable to Sougo)
Durability: City level+ (took attacks from a bloodlusted Gintoki)

Striking Strength: Class PJ+ (physically on par with Gintoki)
Stamina: Superhuman (has been given serious injuries from the likes Gintoki and wouldn't budge an inch, wasn't wavered after losing an eye)

Intelligence: Master assassin (Oboro was Utsuro's first disciple and is highly adept in several fields such as CQC, stealth/infiltration and of course, assassination, he's fought on par with Gintoki and Takasugi)

- Kei (Ki): Oboro has been shown to be the only character in Gintama to be able to use Ki. Oboro can fire off short blasts of Ki with blast thrust, increasing his striking power. He can also send Ki through his target's body and attack their acupuncture points dealing internal damage.
