Powers and Abilities: Superhuman strength, speed, agility, and durability, immortality (Type 4), reality warping, resistance against reality warping, no science or magic can work against him, anything he believes in becomes real, he can do anything that he wants, he can become as strong and fast as he needs to be, can draw on power from the big bang, can make people burst into flames by glaring at them, can walk on anything even air or nothing at all making it appear as if he can levitate or fly, attempts to manipulate his mind or soul are useless, Henry Walker's voice doesn't work against him, he can detect when John Taylor is using his private eye and see when he is spying on him, can destroy and absorb concepts, and is a concept himself
Weaknesses: He needs to know that his enemies are guilty, and worthy of punishment. Otherwise, his abilities don't work against them. In other words, the innocent are safe from him. However, the definition of that is subject to change.
Destructive Capacity: Multiversal (he draws energy from the moment God created the multiverse, and is more powerful than Excalibur which also draws energy from the same source of "let there be light" which could no sell soulbombs powerful enough to cause irreparable damage to hundreds of universes)
Range: Multiversal, has no problem making his way to other dimensions and time-lines
Speed: Irrelevant, he is faster and stronger than anyone except Razor Eddie (which includes Owen Deathstalker who can interact with time non-linearly, and who was in the Nightside)
Durability: Multiversal (Razor Eddie couldn't hurt him and could only fight him to a stalemate, and there is only one weapon in the Gun Shop that might be able to hurt him which is the Speaking Gun when things like Excalibur are in there)
Lifting Strength: Immeasurable (as strong as he wants to be, and was able to crush the Speaking Gun in his hands)
Striking Strength: Immeasurable (as strong as he wants to be, and was able to crush the Speaking Gun in his hands)
Stamina: He can never grow tired
Standard Equipment: His single-action colt peacemakers which never run out of ammo, and never miss their targets. They can hurt and destroy concepts.
Intelligence: Very high, and practically omniscient. He knows everything about someone without even meeting them beforehand. This is likely due to his status as The Walking Man. He can effectively know everything about someone, and their whole life-story. Which is what lets him determine if they are guilty or not.
