Notable Attacks/Techniques:
- Busōshoku Haki (Color of Armaments): A form of Haki that allows the user to create an "invisible armor" around themselves. With that, they can protect themselves from attacks, and if trained well, use it to deliver stronger attacks. Besides the increase of strength, it is the only form of attack that doesn't involve Kairouseki that can hit any Devil Fruit user, being able to hit the user's original body even if it's a Logia user. It can also be used in weapons.
- Kenbunshoku Haki (Color of Observation or Mantra): A form of Haki that allows the user to sense the presence of his opponents. A user of this type of Haki can predict an opponent's moves before he gets hit. This works by showing the user an image or brief "premonition" of what the opponent will do, manifested as a mental image in the user's mind's eye, and the damage the user will take if the attack "hit" for real. It appears that the more killer intent the enemy has the easier they are to predict, though more efficient users can predict future moves regardless of whether there are ambient murderous intents or not. Including the distance, location, and where the opponent may strike next.
- Doa Doa no Mi (Door Door Fruit): A Paramecia-type Devil Fruit, allows its user the ability to create a door on almost any solid matter so that they can enter through. This allows them and anyone else passage through the object no matter how thick or strong it is. This power can also be used on living persons as well and can thus be used to deter opponents by creating doors on their bodies in order to immobilize them. One of the greatest strengths of the fruit's powers, however, is that the user can also create doors through the very atmosphere itself. These Air Doors lead into a pocket dimension of sorts that is apparently within the air itself.
- Air Door: Blueno makes a door in the atmosphere to an alternate dimension where he can hide and move undetected. In the fight against Luffy, he used it to temporarily rest after getting injured by Luffy and used that time to calm down and plan a strategy.
- Door Door: Blueno makes a door on any surface he chooses.
- Kaiten Door (Revolving Door): Blueno uses his power to make a door in the face of his enemy. The enemy's face spins around very fast, making them confused and dizzy.
- Rokushiki: A special, superhuman martial arts style used primarily by members of Cipher Pol #9. It consists of six special techniques, Kami-e, Geppou, Rankyaku, Shigan, Soru, Tekkai. Blueno is adept with all six techniques.
- Kami-e: A rokushiki technique where his body becomes limp and floats like a piece of paper in order to avoid attacks.
- Geppou: Allows Blueno to kick the air itself to propel himself through the sky like flying.
- Rankyaku: A kicking technique that sends out a slicing blade of air as a ranged attack. The variations of this technique are listed below:
- Shigan: Blueno stabs an opponent with his finger, leaving a wound similar to a bullet wound.
- Soru: By kicking the ground at least 10 times in the blink of an eye, Blueno propels himself across short distances at enhanced speeds.
- Tekkai: The user hardens their skin to the strength of iron or more to help block attacks.
- Tekkai "Rin" (Iron Mass: 'Wheel'): Blueno uses Tekkai and kicks one leg into the ground and starts rotating his legs at a fast speed, causing his legs to simultaneously slam into the ground on a set path toward his opponent.
- Tekkai "Sai" (Iron Mass: 'Smash'): After using Geppou to project himself towards his opponent, Blueno uses Tekkai to harden his body, smashing the enemy.
- Tekkai "Go" (Iron Mass: 'Strength'): Visually, the technique differs from the ordinary Tekkai in that the user visually tenses his body even further while standing still; the ordinary Tekkai could be activated seamlessly. According to Blueno, it is his strongest form of Tekkai.
