Powers and Abilities: Super strength, speed, agility, flight, endurance, durability, manipulation over the Cloud Flame attribute, using his Flame, Kikyo can summon several dozen Velociraptors from his Clod Velociraptors Box Weapon which according to him is the equivalent in power to a fully equipped army, Kikyo can also use his Cloud Bellflowers Box Weapon to unleash several Flowers which can ensnare or absorb the life force of his enemies, the ability to create barriers/forcefields (Kikyo erected a barrier to protect him from several lasers)

Notable Attacks/Techniques:
- Cloud Flame: A Flame purple in color. Cloud Flames hold the abilities of reproduction and growth, commonly described in the manga as Propagation.
- Propagation: An ability that the Cloud Flame holds. Cloud Flame-based weapons absorb other Flames to grow in size or multiply, and can even cause phenomenal growth in human beings if their bodies are altered. This Propagation effect is highly advantageous when performing techniques involving a large area, such as creating a cyclone or an impervious force field.
- Campanula di Nuvola (Cloud Bellflowers): This Box Weapon unleashes several Flowers. These Flowers can be used as powerful projectiles, or drain the life force of a person. They can also block Box Weapons before they are activated.
- Nuvola Velociraptor (Cloud Velociraptors): This summons an army of Velociraptors in order to overwhelm enemies. As stated by Kikyo, dinosaur Box Weapons are much more powerful than normal Animal type Box Weapons.
- Cloud Box of Carnage: Kikyo's most powerful Weapon, a Box Weapon placed on where his heart would've been. When activated, it transforms him into a Spinosaurus/Human hybrid with wing-shape Cloud Flames. Unlike the other Wreaths, Kikyo doesn't gain as many feral characteristics, but his power is the strongest, as he can use his Cloud Flame hair to create an army of Spinosaurus, making their forms different each time. In turn, even these Spinosaurus can continue to multiply, creating a never ending army of dinosaurs that can attack from any direction, which includes beneath the enemy.
- Divisione Testa: Due to the Propagation factor of Kikyo's Cloud Flames, a single Spinosaurus head can split itself into two complete heads. By repeating this process infinitely, an army of Spinosaurus can be easily created.
