Other: Krillin as of the Universe Survival Saga is being argued by others to be universe level but that's not the case. During his sparring match with Gohan, he outright admits that he didn't stand a chance and could only pull off a win due to tournament rules. When Goku went Super Saiya-jin Blue on him, it was to test his resolve in the face of stronger opponents and Goku was clearly holding back his Kamehameha during the clash. During the tournament itself, Krillin used more pragmatic methods in order to overcome the difference in power between him and his opponents. Despite saving Android 18, he doesn't scale to her as 18 goes on to make it past the half-way point of the tournament and fight/defeat stronger opponents than the ones she and Krillin faced in Episode 99.
