Background Information

Ayumu Aikawa is a zombie resurrected by a necromancer named Eucliwood Hellscythe after being killed by a serial killer. As he tries to make the best of his undead life, he encounters a masō-shōjo named Haruna and inadvertently takes her magic powers, being forced to become a masō-shōjo in the process. With Eucliwood, Haruna, and a vampire ninja named Seraphim living with him, Ayumu helps battle demons known as Megalos while trying to figure out the mystery behind his own death.

Standing in the Battledome

As far as how strong the verse is; characters range from a bit below Power of Six characters level, to quite a bit above them. It should be noted that many of the characters in this series are kind of broken, with powers ranging from things like immortality, to reality warping and being able to kill someone with words. The series also has a few characters who are probably in the double digit mach range, with mid tiers like Aikawa Ayumu being able to fly into the stratosphere and then fly back down to earth within a few seconds.

The series is also pretty much a gag novel/manga/anime, and constantly makes fun of many different cliches. Some instances of this are the fact that almost every character fits into multiple categories of what kind of character they are. For instance, some characters are zombie mahou shoujos, others are vampires as well as ninjas, and one character fits into like 6 different categories, being a mahou shoujo, a vampire, a ninja, an immortal, an element user, and a serial killer (yes seriously). It also makes references to many different anime and manga, even making a joke about Raoh's horse from Hokuto no Ken.
