Powers and Abilities: Super strength, speed, durability, agility, endurance (withstood the transfer of Genkai's Reiki through the Spirit Wave Orb, a test which nearly killed him), expert HtH fighter, has the ability to fire destructive blasts of Reiki and Youki depending on what point in the story you refer to, can tap his life energy for extra power, his strength increases depending on his emotions, regeneration (mid-low, has regenerated broken bones and healed from ki bullet wounds over the course of battle)
Weaknesses: Can only use his Reigan four times a day
Destructive Capacity: Multi city block level (contributed to the total destruction of the dome he and Suzaku were fighting under) | Small city level+ (his Reigan tore through the stadium wall, a skyscraper-sized slab of concrete, several kilometers of forest and was kicking up large quantities of water while passing well overhead) | City level+ | Continent level (upon revival, he was able to do this, during his fight with Sensui) | Continent level+ (became much stronger)

Stamina: Very large, was fighting Sensui in a heated battle involving running multiple kilometers in length at a time, smashing cliffs, mesas, and other large structures without showing any sign of tiredness, Yusuke also appeared to be enjoying himself. Yusuke was shown running for five days at top speed alongside Hokushin and the other monks without so much as breaking a sweat whereas they were, was also able to go head-to-head with Yomi for 60 hours
Standard Equipment: Early on he used various spirit detective devices, such as an X-ray mirror that also allowed 2-way communication, spirit cuffs that limited his power, a concentration ring that increased the power of his reigun, etc. later on, in the manga he uses no notable equipment
Intelligence: Experienced supernatural combatant, clever at thinking up strategies on the fly
Notable Attacks/Techniques:
- Reigan/Yōgan: Yusuke concentrates his Reiki/Youki Energy into his right index finger and releases it as a projectile. After channeling his energy, he pulls the trigger in his mind when he wants to fire the "bullet." Yusuke can only fire the Reigan a limited number of times per day. Four to be precise.

- Reikoha: Yusuke gathers Reiki into his fist to form a large blast of Reiki from it shot out in less powerful but many blasts. While the technique is not as powerful as the Reigan, a few advantages it has is that the shots are widespread, which makes it highly effective against quick or invisible opponents or large numbers of weak enemies.
- Reigan Rensha: Yusuke shoots all the blasts of his Reigan rapidly.
- Reikōdan: Yusuke uses it to turn his entire body into a catalyst for his Reiki. Instead of using his index finger to focus Reiki, Yusuke uses his entire body for this attack. This makes for extremely-powerful close-range attacks that negate the opponent's attack, but it's extremely difficult and dangerous to use.
- Mazoku Transformation: When possessed by his ancestor Raizen, his body changed into a demon form, making him more powerful and increasing dramatically his overall stats.
