Notable Attacks/Techniques:

- Innate Time Control (固有時制御 - koyuu jiseigyo): Specialty of his Magus bloodline, this magic allows the manipulation of time in a set bounded field. Inside the field he can regulate the flow of time to either accelerate(accel) or slow it down (stagnate). Normally the spell requires a great ritual to perform, Kiritsugu developed an unique use of his talent by applying it on very small scale (. Kiritsugu can adjust his metabolism or achieve superhuman speeds by accelerating his movements. However, there will be inconsistencies between the flow of time inside and outside the field; as soon as the field is removed, natural forces, the world itself, will forcefully adjust the 'incorrect time'. This damages Kiritsugu physically every time Innate Time Control is used, to the point of crushing his bones. Due to this, he apparently never went beyond Double Accel (x2 boost), though he effected Triple (x3) and Square (x4) Accel in his battle against Kirei as he had Avalon's potent regenerative abilities at the time.

- Origin Bullets: Sixty-six magic bullets containing the powdered bones of Kiritsugu himself, taken from his top two sets of ribs. When the bullet hits, Kiritsugu's dual origins are forced onto the target. In other words, it is a conceptual weapon that actualizes "Severing" and "Binding". "Severing and binding" is not exactly the same as "destroying and reviving", because the former lacks any form of 'regeneration'. Visually, it would be like cutting a string then reconnecting it by tying a knot - it will always cause unavoidable deterioration and corruption. Against a living being, an Origin Bullet will not leave a wound or cause blood loss. Instead, necrosis will appear to settle on the struck body part. Its outer appearance will be normal, but all the nerves and blood veins inside will have lost their original functions, and can never be repaired. Its power as a conceptual weapon is an even bigger threat to magi. As a magus will attempt to interfere with the bullet through magecraft (ie. by activating their magic circuits) the effects of "severing and binding" will feed back into their circuits as well. "Severing" the circuits will cause a catastrophic blowout, tearing apart the magus' body with its own overloaded prana. "Binding" the circuits again will render them permanently inoperable, destroying the target's magecraft abilities. In hindsight, this makes Kiritsugu's choice of .30-06 Springfield particularly sadistic, as it is impossible to defend against physically without military-grade armor, leaving the opposing magus no choice but to utilize magecraft. This powerful conceptual attack is also the reason why Kiritsugu dared to choose the Contender, a weapon extremely powerful but unsuited for combat, as his mystic code. By the fourth Holy Grail War, Kiritsugu had already used thirty-seven of these bullets. It is noted, however, that every single one has completely destroyed the target magus.
