Weaknesses: His Izanagi jutsu only lasts one minute for each sharingan and permanently closes that sharingan at the end of the technique, Kotoamatsukami has a long cool down period, using sharingan drains his chakra, old age, if he becomes too weak he will lose control of his Senju abilities and die if he doesn't separate himself from his arm in time.

Notable Attacks/Techniques:
- Sharingan (Mirror Wheel Eye): The first of the Sharingan's powers is being able to see the flow of chakra. The Sharingan itself gives colour to chakra, allowing the wielder to differentiate them. The Sharingan's second-most prominent ability grants the user an incredible clarity of perception, allowing the user to pick up on subtle details. As the Sharingan evolves, this ability extends to being able to track fast-moving objects before finally giving some amount of predictive capabilities to the user, allowing them to see the image of an attacker’s next move from the slightest muscle tension in their body. The Sharingan's third and most well-known ability is that it grants the user the ability to memorise almost any technique that he or she witnesses. The Sharingan's final commonly-used ability is capable of inducing a unique brand of hypnosis that involves suggesting actions and thoughts to the opponent through genjutsu cast by simple eye contact between both parties.
- Izanagi: A reality warping technique that, at the cost of the users sharingan eye(s), can turn their death into nothing more then an illusion, effectively making the user unkillable by traditional means for a certain amount of time. The amount of time Izanagi lasts varies from person to person, Danzo's lasts one minute (lasting a total of ten minutes if he uses all of the eyes on his arm.)
- Kotoamatsukami: A dōjutsu that casts a powerful mind-controlling genjutsu on the target. It allows the user to enter their opponent's mind and manipulate them by giving them false experiences, making it seem as if they were doing things of their own free will. The target is entirely unaware that they are being manipulated. Generally has a one decade cool down period after use, however Danzo's is significantly less due to Hashirama's cells.
- Mokuton (Wood Release): An advanced nature kekkei genkai that combines earth and water-based chakra natures to create wood or complete trees. This ability can also be used to create other aspects of trees, such as seeds or flowers. Wood Release techniques can be produced from anywhere, including the user's body, as the user's chakra is literally converted into a source of life. Danzo's control over Wood Release is limited, and if his chakra is low the Senju cells will cause damage to his body.
- Wood Release Tree Shield: Using the power of Hashirama's cells, Danzo can cause a large tree to quickly grow out of his right arm. The tree is effective as a last second form defense as it was able to manifest quickly enough to alter the trajectory of Sasuke's Susano'o arrow, thus protecting Danzo from the attack. Once the tree is formed, Danzo can freely detach his arm from it.
- Futon (Wind Release): One of the five basic elemental nature transformations. It is performed by making chakra as sharp and thin as possible. Wind Release is mainly short to mid-ranged offensive techniques that combine brute force and keen precision to deal cutting and slashing damage. Wind techniques are usually performed by generating air circulation and can be enhanced through this method as well. Wind-natured chakra can also be channeled into blades to increase their cutting power and overall range.
- Futon: Shinkūha (Wind Release: Vacuum Wave): The user takes a deep breath and spins while exhaling, compressing the released air into a large blade of wind that covers a substantial area around the user. The range is wide enough to cut multiple targets.
- Futon: Shinkūgyoku (Wind Release: Vacuum Sphere): After inhaling, the user will exhale a number of compressed air bullets made with wind chakra. The amount of attacks is enough to cover a wide area.
- Futon: Shinkū Taigyoku (Wind Release: Great Vacuum Sphere): A more powerful version of the standard Wind Release: Vacuum Sphere. The wind chakra is focused in to a single, large devastating blast, rather than various smaller wind bullets.
- Futon: Shinkū Renpa (Wind Release: Vacuum Serial Waves): The user takes a deep breath and exhales several large blades of wind. The power of this attack can be greatly amplified in conjunction with Danzo's summon Baku, utilizing the suction power of the vacuum it creates. The powered up wind blades were sharp enough to cut through Sasuke's Susanoo's defenses.
- Futon: Shinkūjin (Wind Release: Vacuum Blade): The user imbues wind-infused chakra onto a weapon in order to increase its sharpness, range, and destructive capacity. Danzo uses his wind chakra to transform a regular kunai in to a sword made of wind.
- Wind Release Slash: After gathering chakra, Danzo waves his arm to create multiple wind blades. These blades of air converge to create a single large wind blade with enough destructive force to halt Sasuke's Susano'o.
- Wind Release Stream: By blowing wind chakra-infused air from his mouth, Danzo is able to change directions while in mid-air. This greatly increases his maneuverability during combat allowing him to dodge attacks while airborne that he normally couldn't otherwise.
- Kuchiyose no Jutsu (Summoning Technique): The Summoning Technique is a space–time ninjutsu that allows the summoner to summon familiars, people, or objects across vast distances instantly. It is usually activated by drawing from the user's blood, in which the user will often bite their finger to break their skin in order to preform the technique. Some clans of animal familiars require a contract to be formed with them before they can be summoned.
- Baku Summon: A giant chimera-like summon that appears as a fusion of a tiger and an elephant with a long trunk, tusks, and sharp claws. When it opens its mouth and inhales, it can create a powerful vacuum that sucks in everything within a large radius, including large rocks and trees. Danzo uses this generated suction in combination with his own Wind Release techniques to amplify their power.
- Juinjutsu (Cursed Seal Techniques): A type of secret techniques, Juinjutsu are used to bring someone under the control of the caster. By applying a seal to the target's body, the user brings the victim's abilities and actions under their control and can cause mental and physical damage.
- Paralysis Cursed Seal: The user places this cursed mark on the target's body via grabbing or touching them. When the user activates it, the curse seal's markings spread around the target's body, paralyzing them. The restricting seal can be broken with a strong enough release of chakra.
- Fūinjutsu (Sealing Techniques): A type of jutsu that can seal objects, living beings, chakra, along with a wide variety of other things within another object. Along with sealing, Fuinjutsu can undo previously established seals.
- Ura Shishō Fūinjutsu (Reverse Four Symbols Sealing Technique): A sealing jutsu that Danzo placed across his chest that is set to activate upon his death. Upon activation, four symbols are projected from Danzo's body and form a large sphere around it and the surrounding area. Everything within the sphere is sealed inside Danzo's corpse, including all ground within the technique's range.
