Notable Attacks/Techniques:
- Gamuza (Antelope Knight): This is the name of her Zanpakutō. Its release command is "Declare".
- Resurrección: Declare: Arrancar seal the nuclei of their abilities within the form of a sword, entirely different from what the Shinigami use. When they release their weapons' seals, they unleash their true power and their true form. When releasing her Zanpakutō, Nel takes the form of a centaur and Gamuza itself transforms into a double-sided lance.

- Lanzador Verde (Jade Lance): Nel throws her lance at her opponent with extreme speed. As it travels through the air, it begins to spin and build up spiritual energy. When it reaches its target, it acts as a drill inflicting extreme piercing damage.
- Sonido: An Arrancar's high speed movement technique to achieve enhanced burst of speed over short distances. Equivalent to the Shinigamis' Shunpo.
- Hierro (Steel Skin): A technique in which the user's reiryoku condenses, hardening their skin. The strength of Arrancars' Hierro depends on their spiritual power.
- Cero (Hollow Flash): A standard energy blast, it consists of firing a powerful blast of concentrated spiritual energy at the target.
- Cero Doble (Heavy Performance Hollow Flash): While her child form severely limits her Arrancar powers, she is still powerful enough to absorb and redirect a Cero blast from a Privaron Espada-class Arrancar in its released form, though the effort seems to tire her immediately. In her original form, the force(s) of the Cero Doble is augmented greatly, owing to the fact that she rebounds the attack while blending it with her own Cero, drastically increasing its power.
- Bala (Hollow Bullet): A technique that hardens the user's Reiatsu and releases it in a swift blast of spiritual energy. Though its significantly weaker than Cero, it is quicker to execute and also faster.
- Descorrer (Drawing Opening): A technique used by Espada-level Arrancar and sometimes others, to open a Garganta between the living world and Hueco Mundo.
- Child Form: Due to various events, Neliel has taken on a child form, where her mind as well as powers are severely limited. She can return to her original form, but she can't stay in it for long.
- Neru Shawā (Nel Shower): Her saliva in her child form seems to possess some form of weak healing power. It is activated by her reaching into her mouth and massaging her uvula, causing her to vomit. The vomit has a similar appearance to saliva, leading her to believe that it is.
