Notable Attacks/Techniques:
- Restriction: Milo projects omnidirectional Cosmo waves from his forehead or finger that bypass the body and directly strike the nerves of all enemies around him, paralyzing them.
- Scarlet Needle: Milo shoots 15 Cosmo attacks from his finger that pierce pinprick sting-like wounds into his enemy's body, tracing on it the position of the 15 stars of the Scorpio constellation. These strikes exacerbate the nervous system causing excruciating pain (they could make a formerly invulnerable resurrected human hero remember pain), weaken the body as if poisoned also causing the loss of the 5 senses, and start massive hemorrhages from the wounds. Although Milo can shoot the 15 attacks at once and strike multiple enemies at once with them, the first 14 strikes can be used in succession to induce a torturous slow death and give a chance to the enemy to surrender. The 15th strike, Antares, is used to directly kill the enemy. Milo can also use his technique as energy blasts (he destroyed a Helios Prominence fire snake from Hyperion with it). He can also nullify its ill effects on his enemy's body by applying a special pressure strike.
- Athena Exclamation: The strongest Gold Saint technique, it can only be performed by a trio of Gold Saints elevating their Cosmo to an extreme level at the same time into a single point, emulating the Big Bang in a lesser scale.
