Enmi can have the nano machines infect a flesh host and have it spread that way or spread the nano machines via several cores that it launches from his body. Enmi was capable of covering the entire battlefield with the White Plague which easily killed all of the Amanto that came into contact with it, the White Plague also infected the entire earth killing an unnamed amount of humans around the world.
