Weaknesses: powered by the Shadow Weave, therefore if his connection to the Plane of Shadows is severed (as when teh Kalach-Cha did so with the sword of Gith) he would be destroyed

Notable Attacks/Techniques:
- Necromancy: due to his connection with the plane of shadows the King is a master necromancer. He is capable of summoning various undead as well as transforming mortal mages into special undead known as Shadow Reavers. His presence alone caused undead to rise across the country. He is also naturally skilled at projecting negative energy and can drain the life force of living beings.
- Summoning: in addition to undead the King can summon various elementals as well as miniature versions of himself.
