Speed: Massively hypersonic+ (can fight against Valzelide rather equally and even dodge his Asterism, although it might as well be aimdodging)

Chitose is called "ideal Esperanto" by many, excelling in all categories of Asterism, martial arts and fencing, she's seen as prodigy, despite her noble status she became Captain of the Libra due to her leadership skills, hard work and results; as of Silverio Trinity, Chitose has a status of the legend, not unlike Christopher Valzelide, who brought revolution to Asterism warfare by manufacturing Seyfert-type Adamantium

- Libra of the Astrea: Chitose's Asterism, weather manipulation ability. Versatile power exercised by subjugating multiple elements occuring naturally in the world, however, she mainly uses wind and lightning. Excelling in all 6 categories of Asterism she uses it for variety of effects: sending her enemies flying with intense winds, shooting up to thousands of wind blades, erecting omnidirectional wind barriers with such intensity that nothing can pass through, propelling herself with wind, creating powerful tornadoes, supplementing her power by converging wind on her sword or forming cumulonimbus clouds even inside closed rooms and frying her enemies with lightning. Due to her high rank in both, diffusivity and convergence, Chitose can freely control intensity of her winds, using them merely as a restraints to seize someone or all-rupturing weapon when she intends to kill her opponent.

Enchant: special technique of Asterism used by those who excell in attachment. It's an ability which adds power and characteristics of Asterism to matter and even living beings without destroying them. Using this she can supplement weapons of her Libra Troops with swirling winds.

Reinterference: special technique of Asterism used by those who excell in maintenance and interference. By interfering with already deployed Asterism (even its remnants) one can use this as a starting point to reactivate another Asterism, thus chaining attacks and giving little time to defend, while at the same time allowing to attack from all directions. Even though Chitose isn't so proficient in this technique like Rain or Uranus, she's still above average.
- Decisive Warfare Armament: Chitose's trump card which she only uses with intent to kill her enemy. After losing her right eye to Zephyr, she replaced her empty eye socket with Asterism amplification device, technology which momentary magnifies Asterism's interference value to generate power that base starlight can't even be compared to.

Kamui Shourai―Shinatsu no Mikazuchi: Chitose uses Decisive Warfare Armament to converge enormous amount of Astral which she then uses to create giant cumulonimbus clouds followed by descend of powerful lightning. With power exceeding hundreds of times of her base output, it's force that no Esperanto and even Planetes can match; wrath of natural disaster capable of turning entire country into ruin and vaporize any opponent.
