Weaknesses: Cannot swim and becomes immobilized if more than half of his body is covered in water, has to touch his opponent to target them with his fruit ability, another major weakness of this ability is that should the thrown object hit something resistant enough to prevent its further advance (and subsequently lodges itself into), or hit something other than its target, it will stop
Destructive Capacity: At least building level+, can be higher depending on what he "throws"
Range: Extended human melee range
Speed: Massively hypersonic (dodged an attack from Luffy)
Durability: At least large building level+ (survived being slammed into the ground by Luffy)
Lifting Strength: Class G+ (considering on all occasions Decken has used his fruit ability on an object he had been required to "throw" it to begin the initial movement, it is highly likely he had to push or slightly lift Noah to send it on its way. Being half the size of an island this would of course give Decken strength in this range)

Notable Attacks/Techniques:
- Mato Mato no Mi (Target Target Fruit): A Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that makes the user capable of aiming at whoever they touch with their hands. After his hand is imprinted with the memory of the target, the user is able to target the person from any location and at any time with anything with ease, regardless whether or not they are aware of the target's actual location. Even if the targets move away from their current locations, the thrown objects will keep aiming at them, immediately changing their trajectory in order to chase targets around.

Other: According to Decken he can "throw" anything he touches. This should be viewed as a no limits fallacy, though he has proven that he's considerably skilled with this ability, being able to send an object half the size of an island.
