Background Information

Melty blood is a fighting game extension of Tsukihime which takes place directly after a route in Tsukihime that was scrapped due to time constraints (isn't it sad sacchin?) The game consists of an original and several expansions with tweaks in balance and extra stages, new modes and characters added. Being an extension of Tsukihime, it shares many of the same characters. New additions to the cast are made along with alternate versions of the existing casts. Even characters from alternate universes make a cameo.

Standing in the Battledome

As a fighting universe in the OBD it's powerful, with the same Feats listing as Tsukihime along with full powered versions of the cast. This is also part of the huge Nasuverse.
