- die Ewigkeit: eternity destruction. Magical formula created by Mercurius to support ascension to godhood. Alchemy that fuses user and Holy Relic to create superhuman. It enables its user to use souls as a weapon and armor.

Spiritual attack: through Ewigkeit, entire body of the Apostle turns into murderous weapon. It's useless to block it physically, what it damages is the very essence of the human, soul. Regardless of absence of pain and body status, just by slightest touch it can kill anyone. Thus, even incorporeal spirits can't survive in front of this power.

History poison: by exploiting thoughts and emotion that make up Holy Relic, Apostle can use this superimposed history as a deadly poison that damages body and inhibits regeneration.

Spiritual armor: Apostles use absorbed souls in the form of powerful, spiritual defense. Natural durability raises in proportion of absorbed souls. At around 300 souls, it's impossible to harm Apostle with anything on Earth, including nukes. Rusalka has few times that amount. That's why spiritual attacks is the best way to harm them.

Enhanced senses: physical strength is not the only thing that die Ewigkeit can supplement. This applies to senses too. Their vision can now accurately see in a few hundred meters and their hearing can recognize voices even through obstructions.

Spiritual vision: along with their enhanced senses, Apostles gain ability to perceive souls. This allows them to measure quality of the soul and see when physical vision is useless. This also let them see what is otherwise invisible (like "flying slashes" from Ren's Assiah).
- Sphere of awareness: Ren demonstrated unique ability to expand his space of perception to detect everything in its range, from breathing and heart rate to mental state. It covers him in a spherical form and can even detect through obstructions. His biggest shown range is 5 meters, but since it was opposed by Wilhelm's Briah it's likely bigger.

Immortality: because Apostles effectively acquire lifeforce of all beings they have eaten, naturally their lifeforce can't even be compared with normal humans. Diseases, poisons and alcohol is no longer effective. Since soul detoriates with age, sucking souls prevents this impending doom by prolonging time when soul whithers completely. Thus, Apostle can only be killed by destroying Holy Relic and all souls it contains.

Regeneration: Apostle can easily rebuild own's body by absorbing souls of others. Injuries such as missing limbs or deep wounds can be healed just by sacrificing souls in the stock. And by exploiting spiritual limits (limit of souls one's can absorb) it's possible to heal from any injury by attacking with entire stock in a one attack, thus healing in proportion (that's entire body).

Non-corporeality: even with soul consumed, it still doesn't mean death to an Apostle. Strong souls can keep their ego even while absorbed. Apostle can takeover Holy Relic of another consumer, dominate body and rebuild physical body from nothing. However, because of a strong causal bond between Apostle and Holy Relic it's very hard to accomplish and lost battle means losing own's ego.

Information absorption: all information is recorded in the souls, from memories to emotions and personal experience. Apostle can use this knowledge for their own means. However, because of tremondous amount of information, high level computing capability is required and this ability is almost useless in the course of battle, because one's identity would disappear (unless it's someone with a huge ego, such as Reinhard or someone's crazy, such as Schreiber).
- Ahnenerbe manipulation: as an autonomous Holy Relic created by Mercurius, Ren demonstrated unique ability to wield Holy Relics of others, thus overriding fundamental rule that one person can wield only one Holy Relic. It even enabled him to use Scharlachrot, which can only be held by Sakurai Clan. Despite this, he still can't touch Longinus.
- Marguerite―Bois de Justice: Ren's Holy Relic, fusion type, guillotine which executed Marie at the end of 18th Century. Thus, it's the only vessel powerful enough to hold her divine soul. Taking a form of black-red sickle attached to his hand, this tool perfoms its original purpose, decapitation, with the highest efficiency. Because of the Marie's Curse of Guillotine, killing ability of this Holy Relic is only behind Machina's Briah and it can decapitate anyone, be it tough opponent or incorporeal apparition. Furthermore, in case Ren is unconscious Marie can move its blade on her own, aiding Ren in combat.

Flying slash: his ability at the time of Assiah. Ren can release invisible "blades" in all directions, up to twenty meters from his body. However, Ren doesn't have enough control over it so he only chooses to use it in close combat. Sharpness is enough to cut flesh and bone, but nowhere near enough to breach Holy Relics.
- Eine Faust Ouvertüre: Ren's Briah, Gudou type, law that emerged from craving "I want to experience this moment forever" and "I want time to halt". Crystalisation of his ideology to treasure every moment of life, wish to exile deterioration caused by flow of time. Expression of this desire is the ability to delay his perception of time. Because of this Ren can move at astonishing speed, as world around him appears to be stopped. The more he expands perceived time, the more he accelerates. While in theory he can accelerate infinitely, Ren's craving can't withstand pressure of reality trying to crush his newborn world. In the game, he managed to accelerate 3000 times that of his normal speed.
- Eine Faust Scherzo: Ren's Briah, Hadou type, law that emerged from craving "I won't allow dead to live". New world acquired after his Holy Relic was destroyed and Ren was forced to use Thrud Walküre. Expression of this desire is the ability to permanently kill dead. Zombies, ghosts and wraiths - abominations that defiled principles of life and death, thus Ren wished for weapon to return them to the graves. This ability is powerful enough to gradually collapse Reinhard's Valhalla, despite the fact he didn't had any souls other than his own. However, this's also its greatest weakness. This craving can't hold other souls (even Marie), because its function itself is an absolute rejection of dead, which means that any soul simply expires upon contact with his Holy Relic. Thus, Ren can only fuel it through his own soul. Furthermore, it doesn't have any effect on living beings and Ren must use inherent abilities of Thrud Walküre.
- Eine Faust Finale: Ren's Briah, Hadou type, craving is the same as in Eine Faust Ouvertüre. Ultimate Briah of Ren, creation of hell that isn't inferior to Valhalla. Using this Ren can accelerate his own time in proportion to time he delays. So if he accelerates 100 times, he simultaneously stagnates time by the same amount and thus, difference between him and his enemy is 10,000. His time delay is so potent it's impossible to tell whether affected phenomena moves at all and is exercised simply by his line of sight. Moreover, because his power comes directly from the Throne, his Hadou territory is powerful enough to delay single Einherjar to a near standstill. His Holy Relic is now split into numerous branches and can attack and defend at the same time. Furthermore, according to author, Ren in this state can destroy Chalice. Despite huge rise in abilities, Ren still has weaknesses common to Hadou Briah, namely, dispersion of effect over a huge amount of opponents.
- Also Sprach Zarathustra: Ren'a Atziluth, Hadou type, law that emerged from craving "I want to experience this moment forever" and "I want time to halt". Wish to protect his everyday life from chains of time. Management of Mugen. Realization of this desire is permanent stop of time. Law of eternal prison that doesn't allow any change, universe where everything resembles a picture; perpetually unmoving. Thus, if one doesn't have Divinity equal or higher to that of Ren, it's impossible to escape from this cage and since Ren demonstrated ability to momentarily stop Gods of the same hierarchy as his own, its purity is unprecedented. Being the "ephemeral universe", even transcendent Gods will find themselves hopeless in front of his assault and since this Law exist to protect others, its robustness has no equals.

Legion Reincarnation: powerful ability possessed only by few Hadou Gods, bringing souls under one's command to the God's domain, dyeing their souls with Divinity. As long as these pseudo-Gods won't leave territory of their Lord, their Divinity is equal to that of him. Furthermore, they're protected by Hadou God's Law. In the case of Ren, his Legions can move unrestricted in his prison of time and are protected by temporal shield; fixed in time, thus invulnerable. Unlike Reinhard who guides his Legions with leadership and dominance, Ren does it through bonds of friendship and compassion. Last, but not least, Hadou God can use any abilities of his Legions, naturally at the level of God. Ren's Legions are: Shirou, Machina, Kei, Kai, Beatrice, Rea, Rusalka, Valeria, Riza and Kasumi.

Blade of Execution: after rejecting Mercurius's essence from his body, Ren's craving and Divinity took true form. His Holy Relic now in the form of clock's hand; blade of execution that commands all creation to stop.

Kamunagara: power vision of Hadou God, phantasm mocking existing universe, symbolizing God's Divinity and authority. Ren's Kamunagara takes form of countless gears and clocks.
- Scherzo's Atziluth (unnamed): unspecified Atziluth acquired in the post-story of Kei's route. While principles of this are unknown, it seems its core ability to kill dead of Eine Faust Scherzo remains. So powerful it is that Ren could kill Mercurius.
