Powers and Abilities: Merged with a timestream which gives him perfect time travel (to the point it resembles temporal omnipresence) and time manipulation (like time stop and rewind, harness temporal power to separate someone by split-seconds and so on) and high level resistance/immunity to temporal based powers, as well as other powers (like magic, reality warping, energy manipulation, etc), dimensional travel, able to track someone by reading the residual temporal energies left behind and sense abnormalities in the timestream, can view all possible futures simultaneously and transfer data to someone via a touch, acausality, able to summon infinite versions of himself and others from any point of time, some degree of causality manipulation (he is able to choose the 'most likely' future that individual will follow), non-corporeal, shapeshifting via manipulating electromagnetic energy, phasing, invisibility, regeneration (low-godly or higher), can exist in bio-aura of others, able to manipulate, alter, and absorb energy, quantum based energy blasts, can erect stasis fields to protect himself and others from temporal based powers. Later it was proven he isn't limited to main timestream/reality as he traveled to Apokolips and the Rock of Eternity.
Weaknesses: Nothing notable, though it was mentioned he's vulnerable to tachyon based weapons (debatable)
Destructive Capacity: Universe level+ (was able to manipulate forces of the entropy to send Doomsday's at the end of time and erase him from existence, freed Superman's from temporal cage made by Dominus, took out and then merged ZH Parallax with a Green Lantern from a new reality, erased from existence 'Armageddon 2001' reality by screwing with past events, was able to funnel through himself energy of the Parallax which was going to create a new universe, his very corpse could be used to rampage throughout Hypertime)

Speed: Nature of his ability makes speed pretty much irrelevant, massively FTL+ otherwise (can operate in between nanoseconds, was able to match The Flash)
Durability: Universe level+ (completely invulnerable to physical forces as he can exist at any point of time, one regenerated after being dispersed by a force equal to a million nuclear blasts, he was once used to channel universal power and protected Superman and others from Big Bang by moving them outside timestream)
