'SAKAANI' is the name of that dragon. It amplifies sounds and vibrations and invokes wind and rain by means of that resonance. Originally, its function is to amplify the majesty and charisma, the soothing wave, the ill will that can rack one's brain just by hearing it or even simply the volume that dwells in the bearer's voice up to 9 of 9 times. A demonic singing voice that destroys/tramples not only the body of the listener, but also his mind.

The worst, nastier Noble Phantasm that Elizabeth attained after turning into a Servant and started to dream about becoming the ultimate idol. The name of the castle is Prison Castle Csejte. A demonic castle where over hundreds of young girls were tortured to death, by being soaked in the fresh blood of girls that Elizabeth used to fill up a bathtub of blood (bloodbath), an enormous magical power and charm power is maintained.
