Classification: Nomadic oni warriors
Age: They resemble humans in some way, but none of their ages are recorded.
Population: At least a few hundred in a swarm. They outnumbered the monks at the Shaolin temple.
K - Level: Below 1
Technology/Abilities: They have access to medieval weaponry such as axes, swords, etc. They often cart around huge catapults that can throw boulders at the enemy or huge iron pots containing magma. Individually, they have a regenerative healing factor that allows for them to recover from severe wounds in seconds and skin that is hard enough to withstand bullets. They have retractable steel blades in their forearms. A single Tarkatan has about class 50 strength (enough to push boulders around) and subsonic reactions.
Weaknesses: Extremely feral with a short-temper, though they do have a language and can intermingle with other races. They rely on a strong Alpha male leader. If the scent of a rival leader is found on one of their own, they will instinctively attack them.
Industrial Capacity: Pre-colonial era level technology. They can assemble catapults, large machines that can fire volleys of arrows, and other torture devices. On their own, they usually live in small huts but are constantly on the move.
